In this workshop for both expecting parents and parents with children, you will learn how to address choking and CPR emergencies for babies and children. This non-certifying workshop is facilitated by Courtney Davidson, a Heart and Stroke certified paramedic. Topics covered include prevention, when to call EMS/911, circulation and breathing emergencies. Please note one registration is valid for up to two (2) people from the same household to attend the workshop.

The manner in which we introduce young children to the world of food and nutrition can have a life-long impact on their physical and emotional well-being. In this informative session, you will be empowered with the essentials on when to start solid foods, and how to do so in a manner that optimizes your little one’s digestion and immunity, as well as different modes of feeding such as Baby Led Weaning and making purees. Let’s remove the confusion and overwhelm, so that you can enjoy this exciting milestone with your baby! This is a casual workshop – feel free to bring your baby with you.

Before pursuing a path in Naturopathic Medicine, Natalia attended Wilfrid Laurier University where she obtained a Degree in Biology and a minor in Psychology. She then went on to complete a 4-year program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine where she obtained her Doctor of Naturopathy. Natalia is also a certified Naturopathic Doula. Through her own healing journey she has experienced the benefits of natural therapies and the body's ability to heal itself with the right nourishment and support. Natalia's mission is to help your body find balance in all aspects of health so that you may live optimally and have the energy to pursue your life's purpose and passions.
