This one’s for moms with toddlers all the way up to teens! There is so much to keep up with every day, and we spend so much time taking care of others.
This is a day for you to feel taken care of and listen to your inner wisdom.
Our day will start off with a yoga practice suitable for all levels taught by The WOMB's Lead Yoga Teacher, Carolyne MacDonald, with a deep focus on constructive rest & regulating our nervous system. From there we'll take a deep dive workshop with Registered Social Worker Olivia Grigg (MSW Intern) that will focus on mental health as a woman, and topics related to perimenopause, work-life balance, and self care.
This retreat will include snacks and time to connect with like-minded individuals in a similar stage of life.
