We’re here to support you in gaining confidence and trusting your choices as a mother. Led by Olivia Grigg, a Registered Social Worker (MSW Intern) and mother of three, this 4-week group will help you embrace your journey. Through writing exercises, guided meditations, and group discussions, we'll cover topics like trusting your instincts, building confidence, planning for postpartum support, and addressing your fears and concerns.
