Our Mommy & Me Yoga class offers an opportunity for new moms to get out and connect with other moms. We provide instruction for gentle stretching and movement customized for the postpartum period.

We welcome breaks, nursing, crying, cooing, feeding, changing, soothing, snuggling - this class is all about going with the flow! Some weeks your sense of accomplishment may come from simply getting out of the house, but we encourage you to join and do a little something for you. Happy mama = happy baby.

Absolutely no yoga experience is needed.

About Emily

Emily Tashjian is a new mom, a yoga instructor, and trained doula working towards her certification. She gained years of experience in the corporate world of communications before answering the call that was in her heart once she started her journey to motherhood. She dreamed of guiding others through the life changing experience of starting or growing a family. She has been teaching yoga since 2018 and now focuses her practice on prenatal and postnatal movement with a deep understanding of the pelvic floor.

Emily has always been a nurturer and is so excited to create a safe and loving space to meet families where they are at, both in her yoga classes and her work as a doula. Her hope is to empower and educate women and families, while teaching them to connect with their bodies and trust the process.
